Who. Studio Baz is run by Mahmood Bawazir and offers senior frontend engineering. Contact: hello@studiobaz.co.

What a request is. One task, like a page, a feature or a fix. You can have unlimited requests in the queue, and I work on one at a time. Large requests are split into smaller deliveries. Design is quoted separately. Third-party costs, like hosting, apps, plugins and fonts, are paid by you.

Turnaround. Most requests are delivered in 24–48 hours, counted in business days (Monday to Friday, GMT+4). Complex requests get an estimate first.

Billing. The subscription is $2,800 USD per month, charged in advance by Stripe on the same date each month. If a payment fails, work pauses until the card is updated. One-off projects are scoped and quoted before work starts, from $4,500 USD.

First-week refund. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and get 75% of that payment back. The other 25% covers the setup and the work done that week. This applies to the first month only. Ask by email at hello@studiobaz.co. The refund goes back to your card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling. Cancel anytime, from the Login link or by email. It takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. After the first 7 days, partial months aren't refunded. Your site keeps running after you cancel.

Pausing. Ask by email or on the board. Billing stops, and the unused days of your current month are added back when you resume. The shared Trello board stays, so you can pick up without starting over.

Ownership. The code and files I deliver are yours once the month they were delivered in is paid.

Portfolio. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me, in writing, to leave a piece out.

Confidentiality. I keep your code, data and business information private, and I'm happy to sign an NDA.

Liability. My total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes. I may update these terms and will email active clients before a change affects them.
